PRINT SERVICES FAQ
Do you deliver to anywhere in Australia?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in Australia. For urgent deliveries, we recommend you contact us before placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept eftpos payment, Visa or Mastercard at our shop or you can pay online via bank trasfer or direct cash payment. 
Do you store any information about me?
Yes, some. We keep your name, delivery address, email address and a list of your previous orders, to make it easier for you to reorder in the future. We DO NOT store your credit card details. We DO NOT share any of your personal information with third parties and we never will.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order is placed, it is immediately scheduled in the print queue and can not be cancelled. We hope you understand, as our priority is to keep turnaround times fast for our customers.
What if my order arrives damaged or the printing isn’t up to scratch?
Please contact us right away. We guarantee the quality of our printing and we want to know right away if there’s been a quality control lapse. Contact us by phone or email here and one of our customer service staff will respond to you personally to fix the problem. It’s extremely rare, but if we can’t fix the problem – we will refund your money!

How do we start working on the graphic design project?
If you can send us a brief about your requirement and receipt of advance payment we will get it started asap
How long does it take to see first samples of the design?
Normally it takes about 2 working days before a sample is ready. The timings may vary depending on the project and client brief.
Do you provide emergency services?
Yes, at Yas Printing, we can arrange emergency design services upon an additional charge. This won’t apply to completed project which needs minimal touch up. We normally do it for free!
How do I see graphic design samples?
After your design is complete we will send them to your supplied email or we can arrange a meeting at our office. We prefer all exchanges via email as this will avoid getting into traffic.
Is there any limitations on the number of changes?
We support our clients throughout the process, hence we have unlimited revisions in place until you are 100% satisfied with the design.
What types of graphic design services you provide?
Yas Printing provides all graphic design services such as logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, marketing, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing label, and presentation folder design, and all sorts of printing designs and signage works.
How much client involvement is allowed in the design process?
WE encourage client to supply all their ideas, sample designs, sketches or whatever information they may have to us while completing our design questionnaire. During the design process we will get necessary approvals at times.
Who owns the rights of the created graphic design?
All our designs have exclusive rights to use for any business or personal needs. However we as the design agency have the right to use the designs in our portfolio and for other marketing purposes. Clients have to take all necessary steps to trademark or secure the artwork.
What if I do not like the graphic design?
All designs are creative works coming out of discussion, ideas, inspirations communicated to the designer. We believe that, best design comes from a team work between the designer and the client. That’s why we have unlimited revisions in place. If you do not like any designs we provided, we will arrange another meeting to discuss further details and will provide more options to choose. However from our experience, most of the designs get approval in the first go itself!

Do you have any packages to suit my business?
We have listed all our packages here. Most of the business websites come under any of the categories. If you have any custom project to discuss you are welcome to make an appointment
How much it cost to develop a small one page website?
All our pricing packages are listed here. There are no other hidden costs involved. To know more about the payment terms feel free to contact us
How long it takes to complete a website?
Time frame depends on the size of the project and the complexity. It also depends on how quick we receive the content (Texts and Images) from the client to put on the website. On an average it takes about 2-3 weeks to finish a 5-10 page website.
Do you provide copy writing services?
Yes. If requested we arrange professional copy writing services to our clients. This will be an extra service and we will inform about the extra payment to be made along with the quotation.
What do I need to start the project?
Make sure that you have secured your business name with the ASIC business registration. After we get the brief about your business plan and the type of package you interested, we all are ready to start!
Do I need to pay anything before the project?
An advance fee is to be made before we commence any project.
What other services you provide other than websites?
We have complete design and marketing services available with Yas Printing such as graphic design, illustrations,  Copy writing, Door to Door flyer distribution and many more….
How can I edit my website?
All our websites will be made on easy to edit Content Management System such as WordPress, Drupal, Magento, Open cart etc. We will show you how to change important data on the website and if required will provide a brief tutorial for your records.
Do You Guarantee That My Site Will Always Be Available?
No. We guarantee 99.99% up time on our servers. However if there is any issue please notify us immediately. After assessment, we will inform you the required time fix the issues.
Will my website going to be Search Engine Friendly?
Yes. When we design and code the website, we will make sure that the site and links are SEO friendly. However this does not mean that your website will be in google page 1. In order to improve your rankings on Google, you need to do SEO on website. The results will vary depending on the competition in the specified keyword search.
How many pages I can have for my website?
As many as you like! From search engine point of view, the more pages, the better. Please view our package list to select your choice.
Whom Should I contact if I need to discuss any issue with my website?
Each client will be assigned with an account manager for all the projects. Please contact them directly via their mobile or email address. We are customer friendly and ready to help you at any time!
